The firm bagged the work through an open tender and it will get a consultancy fee of ₹9.75 crore. KIIFB fundsThe project will be executed using KIIFB funds and Kerala State Film Development Corporation (KSFDC) has been designated the special purpose vehicle for it. The festival complex will have two auditoriums with capacities of 2,000 and 2,500 seats each. The Minister said laboratory tests had confirmed that preservatives were being added to the milk brought to Kerala from adjoining States.
