Highway 401 remains closed in both directions between the communities of Gananoque and Ivy Lea after a fiery two-vehicle crash early Wednesday morning, Ontario Provincial Police say. ET, a westbound tractor-trailer struck "a stationary safety truck" about three kilometres west of Reynolds Road, OPP said in a media release. Eastbound lanes are closed at Thousand Islands Parkway and westbound lanes are closed at Reynolds Road, OPP said.
