Fieldays helps June vehicle registrations to all-time recordRob Maetzig Ford Ranger registrations smashed through the 1000 barrier for the first time in June. The previously single strongest month was October 2016 when there were 14,709 vehicles registered. Passenger car and SUV registrations totalled 10,181 units in June, which was up 10.8 per cent on June last year. This was not only the strongest month of June on record for the registration of new commercial vehicles, but the strongest month ever since the MIA began collecting vehicle statistics in 1975. SUPPLIED Toyota Corolla is the most popular passenger car, edging out its Toyota siblings the Highlander and the RAV4.
