The club members gathered Wednesday night to celebrate Bill and Marge Frankenberger, who are known as Father and Mother Flocker to their friends and neighbors. The Frankenbergers were one of the first couples to buy and start building their home in the Village of Fernandina five years ago, and they started the Flockers as a way for the community to have a social group. “Even from the beginning, we knew we wanted the 140-odd homes to have a social gathering,” Bill said.
