In 2016 it would be recalled, a sex video of a woman believed to be a police personnel with the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service went viral on social media, especially on WhatsApp. She was believed to be stationed in Sunyani in the Brong-Ahafo region but was transferred to Accra. The nude video of the lady who is said to be called Yaa Boakyewaa, a police sergeant, which went viral three days enjoying public viewing, especially by men, whilst other people are crazily looking for it. But the then Regional Police PRO ASP Christopher Tawiah denied knowledge of it when he was asked about the identity of the lady in the sex video on a local radio station.
