Huffman is expected to serve all 14 days in prison, since there is no “time off for good behavior” for a sentence in federal prison that is less than one year. “Felicity Huffman reported today for sentencing to the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, California,” Huffman’s representative said in a statement. Prosecutors have charged parents, college administrators, college coaches and others who allegedly were part of a scheme to gain illicit favor in the college admissions process.
