The father of a student killed at Garissa University College during a terror attack two years ago has sued the institution for negligence. His lawyer Njiru Ndegwa named Garissa University college, the Attorney General and Inspector General as first, second and third respondent respectively. He further wants declaration that the respondents promoted the purpose of the principles of national security in protecting, upholding, defending his son's right to life.
