One man from Deer Park, Texas has been arrested and charged with felony injury to a child. The charge comes after the man, identified as James Olander Peace, slapped a 12-year-old boy across the face. The boy and his friend apparently bullied her daughter while walking home from school. “On the drive home, they happened to see the [juvenile suspect] walking,” Deer Park Police Lt. Chris Brown said in the report. Meanwhile, Peace’s wife does not agree to her husband’s actions and said he went too far by slapping the boy.
