He urged authorities to ensure ORAL functions swiftly and effectively, warning that the credibility of the government’s broader economic reset agenda depends on visible accountability measures. “The address was okay, but ORAL must be fast-tracked,” Abraham Koomson said. The Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) initiative was launched in December 2024 to track and recover state funds and assets allegedly misappropriated by public officials. However, months after its inception, critics have questioned its impact, citing the lack of prosecutions and the slow pace of investigations.
