The man was killed because he was playing loud music at a weddingA farmer has been killed by his drunken neighbour for playing loud music during a wedding in Sirajganj. The incident took place when the accused Jhangir, in an intoxicated state, hacked his neighbor—Madhu Pramanik, 40—to death for playing loud music; at Madhu’s cousin’s wedding, in Potajia village of Shahjadpur union on Tuesday night. Madhu was admitted to Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnessa Mujib General Hospital where he died in the early hours of Wednesday. A murder case has already been filed and police are investigating the matter. Jahangir and the other accused, are absconding at the moment.”
