There were many young and aspiring cricketers waiting with glimmer in their eyes, hoping to see their heroes walk out with the trophy in their hands. The officials hardly get any opportunity to felicitate the heroes with garlands. However for the aspiring cricketers welcoming the junior Indian players, it was still memorable. Meanwhile, Vinod Deshpande, the MCA vice-president, was disappointed that they could not receive the team the way they wanted to. Many aspiring cricketers were inspired as everyone had one thing on their lips that one day they would be received here like Shaw and his teammtes.
