KUALA LUMPUR: The family of Mira Ezva Abd Rashid have agreed to not take legal action against Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) over the injuries she sustained when a large raintree fell along Jalan Ampang on Monday (March 5). Abd Rashid said his 25-year-old daughter was still in unstable condition and was receiving further treatment in Bagan Datuk, Perak. Mira Ezva and 37-year-old Norazrul Ahmad sustained injuries after their motorcycle rammed into the fallen tree at 7.30am while heading to work at Ampang Point. Norazrul sustained severe injuries in the accident and is still receiving treatment at the Intensive Care Unit of the Kuala Lumpur General Hospital. Abd Rashid also said that Mira Ezva and Norazrul were not a married couple.
