SUBANG JAYA: A group of thieves who stole furniture and canopies from a banquet near here had the tables turned on them. Parts for canopies that were also reportedly stolen was found by the police. The first arrest was made on Wednesday (March 7) leading to three more people being nabbed, with the last person being detained on Friday (March 9). Among the four people arrested were a middleman and a buyer, who confessed to buying the stolen goods for RM3000. Police have also located the stolen items, which included 250 chairs and 40 tables.
