Family of deer trapped in Scarborough fenced lot

The Toronto Wildlife Centre is on scene at a Scarborough parking lot as three deer remained trapped in an abandoned fenced in parking lot. There is a doe with a newborn fawn and a yearling hiding in the long grass new Kennedy and Eglinton. The Toronto Wildlife Centre is planning to guide a family of deer, trapped in an empty fenced lot behind a strip mall in Scarborough since Tuesday, to a nearby ravine. They plan to guide the deer by creating a path guarded by people to make sure the deer go where they should, and not wander out into traffic. One of the deer was hit by a car, and the other gave birth inside the fenced yard a day later.
