Some pundits suggested Patty Jenkins was an unlikely filmmaker to bring Wonder Woman to multiplexes. In the Jenkins origin movie, Gal Gadot reprises her role of Wonder Woman from last year’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Going solo, Wonder Woman joins First World War American spy Steve Trevor (Chris Pine) in her quest to save civilization from the war to end all wars. During an interview in L. A., Jenkins offers her thoughts:On Wonder Woman finally arriving on the big screen:“It’s stunning for me,” Jenkins says. On collaborating with Gadot:“I think that one of the things that we both connected on and we both believe in, to a great extent, is the magic of Wonder Woman,” says Jenkins.
