Facebook’s New Product Experimentation (NPE) team has launched a new app called Bars that offers beats for rappers to create and share their raps. Facebook’s Bars app has been launched in the US on the App Store but it’s currently in closed beta. With Bars, Facebook aims to help up and coming rappers or just anyone who wants to try their hand at rapping. The app provides hundreds of professionally created betas on which you can create 60-second rap videos, according to a report by TechCrunch. There’s no word on whether this app will see an expansion to more markets.
