ISLAMABAD: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Thursday submitted a forensic report in Islamabad High Court (IHC) in connection with Chaudhry Sugar Mills record tampering case. A single bench of IHC led by Justice Mohsin Akhter Kyani took up the case for hearing on Thursday. Deputy attorney general (DAG) said that record tampering had been done as per FIA’s report and Maheen Fatima was behind the tampering. The court inquired from the investigation officer that why the involved witnesses were not accused in the case. The investigation officer said that a challan had been filed in the trial court and he would accept the decision of the court.
