FC Bea Mountain won 2-1 last Sunday against Barrack Young Controllers II in a friendly encounter at Blue Field sports pitch on Lynch Street, Monrovia. Striker Jestino Jackson scored the curtain raiser for FC Bea Mountain in the 84th minute through a placement from substitute Abel Musa. The win is FC Bea Mountain’s first in three matches with BYC ll, having lost the previous two games. The friendly match was FC Bea Mountain’s first under their newly appointed coach, Kaetu Smith. FC Bea Mountain is owned by Bea Mountain Mining Company, which is located in Grand Cape Mount County.
