ISLAMABAD: Unknown assailants abducted the Federal Board of Revenue’s (FBR) assistant commissioner from his office in Shikarpur, Pakistan Today learned on Tuesday. Sukkar regional tax office has communicated to the police that AC Muhammed Yakoob Rajper has been kidnapped by unknown assailants from the office of Deputy Commissioner Inland Revenue (DC IR), Shikarpur. They claimed that the superintendent engineer of SEPCO was waiting in the car to meet Rajper. The ‘superintendent engineer’ and one other person therein blocked the door to the office. The office staff tried to contact Rajper, on his cell phone but it could not be reached.
