Marie Lemay, president and CEO of the Royal Canadian Mint, said the Crown corporation has already taken steps to prevent discrimination and harassment. "The Royal Canadian Mint does not tolerate discrimination, harassment or inappropriate workplace behaviour of any kind," Lemay wrote.
