After arresting Deepak Kumar, the police have now began to process to appeal before the Court for granting of bail to Indrajeet Sen. K K Pathak, Principal Secretary of the Excise department has written a letter to Excise Superintendent of Nalanda not to involve themselves in this case as the matter was sub judice but the angry officials of the excise department are considering going on strike from Monday to protest Deepak Kumar's arrest.
