KUALA LUMPUR: Indonesia’s Mulia Group, through Mulia Property Development Sdn Bhd, expects 50 per cent occupancy or 1.3 million sq ft of its Exchange 106 tower by end 2020, said its property management general manager Patrick Honan. “We already have about 500,000 sq ft confirmed, and expect to see this grow to 1.3 million sq ft in the near term. Our first tenants are expected to walk through our doors by December 2019 which is just weeks away. Exchange 106 is not the only new buildings being built at the TRX hub. Exchange 106 was recently given Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) for the lower half of the building, which is now open for occupation by tenants.
