NewsThe Supreme Court today (Oct 11) ordered that the Special High Court postpone the examination of witness statements in the D.A Rajapaksa memorial museum case until December 14. The revision petition has been fixed for support on December 20. Rajapaksa had petitioned against the Special High Court's ruling to dismiss his preliminary objections over the case. The examination of witness statements in the case was expected to begin on October 15 at the Special High Court. The former defence secretary is accused of misappropriating state funds worth Rs 33.9 million in the construction of the memorial museum.
