Opposition leader Raila Odinga has maintained he won the August 8 general election but some evil powers within IEBC decided to deprive him his victory. Raila while speaking in Bungoma said the NASA fraternity will still win the repeat of the election scheduled in October 17. Raila lead the NASA brigade for a funeral of the father to Kanduyi MP Wafula Wamunyinyi. "Sisi tumesema tuko tayari kwenda kwa marudio ya uchaguzi ya uraisi, hatutaki nusu mkate, tunataka kuchukua bofulo yote lakini iko masharti," he said.
