WATER supply has been restored for 91.7% in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, with just a few areas still experiencing dry taps. Earlier this morning, a Syabas statement said work was being done to increase the water supply and pressure to the distribution channels to restore supply as soon as possible. Despite the assurance, many in the affected areas are worried and people are becoming frustrated to be the last few to get their water supply back on. One such area is Taman Bukit Kuchai, one of the first areas to experience the water cut. Agnes said they have been relying on water from neighbouring areas, and it had become a hassle for her to carry pails of water on a daily basis.
