Fans attending England's Euro 2020 group matches against Croatia, Scotland and the Czech Republic will have to use covid vaccine passports. However, there are different arrangements for supporters to demonstrate their vaccination status, depending on whether they are residents of England, Scotland or Wales. The Premier League has already told government they believe covid passports will be required to ensure significant attendances at matches next season. Leading sports, including cricket, tennis, motor racing, both codes of rugby and football, have all said they believe covid passports are likely to be necessary to return to full stadia. However, sports have made clear that if the opportunity is there to use covid passports to return to full capacity, they would take it.
