Italian Trade Agency has concluded cooperation agreement with Ethiopia, to develop the Horn of Africa’s nation to improve its textile industry development. The Italian Agency signed the cooperation agreement with Ethiopian Textile Industry Development Institute. Commenting on the issue Director General of Ethiopian Textile Industry Development Institute Seleshi Lemma said the assistance would help improve its capability by trainings and technology. Speaking on his part the Italian Ambassador to Ethiopia, Giuseppe Mistretta, said the Ethiopian government had given high priority to textile industry development. The Italian government was committed to support Ethiopia’s work to realize goals related to textile industry, the Ambassador added.
