A source close to the talks told VOA Somali that "Day One of the talks covered considerable ground and ended on a high note." Does it want greater autonomy in the Somali region? ONLF's Hirmoge said conditions on the ground in Ethiopia have something to do with the resumption of these talks. The talks coincide at a time when things are changing in Ethiopia on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
