In observance of Holy Week, Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada has declared Holy Wednesday, March 28, a non-working holiday for employees of the local government of Manila. “Honorable Mayor Joseph Estrada has declared March 28, 2018, Holy Wednesday as a non-working day in the City Government of Manila,” Estrada said in a memorandum posted on his official Facebook page on Tuesday night.
