Three weeks before Ms. Herrera de Noble’s death, an appeals court confirmed a lower-court ruling dismissing the case. Ms. Herrera de Noble’s role in the company’s daily operations waned in recent years. Ms. Herrera de Noble was born on June 7, 1925, in Buenos Aires, the youngest of six children. She met Mr. Noble in 1946, and the two married on July 27, 1967.
