Tottenham midfielder Dier limped out of the Three Lions victory over Czech Republic on Friday evening. Dier was replaced by Ross Barkley in the 17th minute having received treatment on the pitch for a muscle injury. Dier has only managed 23 appearances for Spurs this season with 16 of them coming in the Premier League. Sterling then bagged his 23rd and 24th goals for club and country this season after the break to complete his hat-trick. Tomas Kalas' own goal added gloss for the World Cup semi-finalists as they opened their qualification to next summer's competition in style.
