Argentina's Tomas Lavanini has been sent off against England for a horrible high tackle on England star Owen Farrell in their Pool C clash in Tokyo. Lavanini hit Farrell directly on the head with his left shoulder, leaving referee Nigel Owens with no choice but to produce a red card after just 17 minutes with the score at 5-3 to England.
