WARWICK SMITH/STUFF From clay to poppy, a new twist on the Anzac poppy takes shape in Palmerston North. Delighted to have so many poppies available, Horsley decided some of the collection would be carried by the 36-member contingent going to commemorations at Anzac Cove and Chunuk Bair at Gallipoli. Brereton and master painter Alison Paine have not stopped making the poppies after satisfying the order for the travellers.
