Firefighters have put out a "well involved" house fire on Auckland's North Shore. MELANIE EARLEY/STUFF Five fire trucks were at the scene of the house fire on Corunna Rd, Milford. He had been outside his home when he noticed smoke billowing from the house and went to check it out but emergency services were already on scene. He said it was been a "bit of a shock" for such a quiet street. A police spokesman said officers were at the scene, assisting firefighters with traffic management as the road had been closed.
