MC28, s. of 2020 is already in effect, following its publication in two newspapers of general circulation last October 31. Aside from these, there should also be an alternate email address and cellphone number (Section 2, MC28, s. of 2020). Accordingly, the email address and cellphone number will be used by the SEC to deliver and receive e-mail messages. The SEC may also send notices, letter-replies, orders, decisions and/or other documents through the said email address. The submission of the e-mail addresses and cellphone numbers shall be accompanied by a duly signed authorization or certification, stating that the entity allows the commission to send documents through the provided e-mail addresses and cellphone numbers.
