President Uhuru Kenyatta has nominated Eliud Kinuthia as chairman of the National Police Service Commission to take over from Johnston Kavuludi whose term expired last year. Lilian Kiamba, Alice Atieno, and Kipchirchir Rono have also been nominated as members to the commission. Kavuludi and his team left the office in October 2018 after their six-year came to an end.
