Elephants with symptoms of ‘musth’ will not be allowed to enter Swaraj Round on May 12, 13 and 14, District Collector T.V. Briefing about the preparation of Thrissur Pooram here on Thursday, she said elephants, which get panic with sounds also will not be allowed in the round. Strict control would be imposed on Swaraj round during the display of fireworks. The KSRTC will conduct special services from May 12 to May 14 in connection with the pooram. LED video walls will be installed in various positions in the city to watch pooram events, the Collector said.
