Walk along Voyager Drive and you'll see a hazardous path full of cracks and bumps. An elderly woman who got a black eye tripping over a badly cracked footpath is angry she received a standard response when she complained to Auckland Transport. Juliet McGhie Wendy Furley sustained a black eye after a serious fall on Voyager Drive in Gulf Harbour. Nikki thought the problem was caused by roots of a tree close to the Voyager Drive footpath and was keen to warn others. Three years earlier, another Gulf Harbour resident, Heather Saunders, took a tumble on the same footpath.
