A private bus in Himachal Pradesh turns turtle after it skidded off the road in Sirmaur district, killing at least 8 people, May 13, 2018 | Photo Credit: Special Arrangementmore-inAt least eight people were killed and 11 others injured, some critical, when a private bus veered off the road in Sirmaur district at Nei-Neti village on the Solan-Pulwahal road on Sunday. According to eyewitnesses, the axle broke, a tyre of the bus came out and it rolled down into a deep gorge. A large number of villagers gathered at the spot and took out six bodies with the help of big earth movers. There were around 26 passengers in the bus, said Police SHO Balwant Singh, at the site of the accident.
