Different religious and socio-cultural organizations and political parties, mosques and madrasas, including Islamic Foundation, have chalked out elaborate programs, including milad mahfil, discussion and Qurankhwani, on the occasion. After the rally, a special prayer was offered seeking divine blessings of Almighty Allah for peace, progress, and prosperity of the country, and welfare of the Muslim Ummah. In Khulna, different social, cultural, religious, spiritual and political organizations, and different state-run organizations, including the Islamic Foundation, chalked up elaborate programmes to mark the day. The Islamic Foundation organised recitations from the Holy Quran followed by milad mahfil, and offering of special munajats at its auditorium in the city. Later, they offered a special prayer seeking divine blessings of Almighty Allah for peace, progress, and prosperity of the country as well as the welfare of the Muslim Ummah, following a discussion.
