The run-off elections will be held abroad from 21 to 23 November and locally on November 23 and 24, Ibrahim said. Egypt’s NEA head said that 74 individual seats of the 2020 Senate elections were settled; while 26 other seats will be in in the run-off round. The 2020 Senate elections list candidates won their seats after obtaining more than 5% of registered votes. About 11 political parties included in the ‘National List for Egypt’, which settled its seats in the 2020 Senate elections. The 2020 Senate elections were held abroad on 9 and 10 August, while locally it was held on 11 and 12 of the same months.
