In a statement, Spokesman for the Health Ministry Khaled Megahed said 67 patients have died from the virus over the past 24 hours, raising the death toll to 3489. As many as 480 patients were discharged from isolation hospitals after receiving necessary medical care, taking the number of recovered cases to 21718 so far, the spokesman said. The Egyptian Drug Authority announced signing a deal with AstraZeneca to supply the country with the Oxford University's vaccine for COVID-19 without disclosing the number of doses or the delivery date
