Egyptian plastic artist Sherine Badr wins Jury Award of Indian Royal Academy of Arts & Culture


CAIRO – 7 July 2020: Egyptian plastic artist Sherine Badr won the Jury Award for the exhibition organized by the Indian Royal Academy of Arts and Culture in India (Gulbarga). Sherine Badr participated in a painting entitled "Al-Hudhud". A total of 800 works from 13 countries applied for the exhibition, 521 of the submitted works were chosen to participate in the exhibition. Then, 145 works qualified for the Jury Award. It is worth mentioning that the winning artists represent Egypt, Iraq, Morocco, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Romania, USA, and China.
