This is the PNP’s overall assessment of the just concluded Labor Day activities across the country as monitored by the PNP National Operations Center,” he said. Simultaneous rallies were also held in Baguio City, Bataan, Pampanga, Laguna, Camarines Norte, Cebu City, Tacloban City, Iligan City, General Santos City, and Butuan City.
