Gadon’s complaint emanated from the developments at the House hearing on the determination of probable cause of his impeachment complaint against Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno. During the House hearing, Macasaet said that she was hired for the SC's Enterprise Information Systems Plan, which aims to digitize all courts nationwide.
