World Youth Forum- File PhotoCAIRO – 7 November 2017: Deputies of Education and Scientific Research Committee at the House of Representatives have supported the proposal of a businessman at the World Youth Forum to establish a separate ministry for scientific research and innovation.The engineer Ahmed Adel proposed during the session “Entrepreneurship and Innovation: the Youth Shape the Future of the World,” held on Tuesday, to establish a ministry for innovation to focus on the issues of researchers and inventors and to provide the funding needed to implementing their innovations.Consequently, member of Parliament Hany Abaza at the committee declared that the education committee will draft a law for scientific research in Egypt. It is held under the theme "We Need to Talk. "WYF sends a message of peace, prosperity, harmony and love to the entire world. It is considered a strong opportunity for youth globally to communicate with each other.The idea of holding an international youth conference in Egypt was made during the third National Youth Conference in Ismailia, and it was approved by President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi. In July, the president announced organizing the WYF in Sharm el-Sheikh during the fourth National Youth Conference in Alexandria.
