Speaker of the Parliament, Ali Abdel Aal – File PhotoCAIRO - 7 November 2017: A parliamentary source told MENA that statements by House Speaker Ali Abdel Aal pertaining to referring a draft law on elections to the parliament within one month is concerned with outlining a new system for parliamentary election in accordance with the constitution.Abdel Aal had said in the House general session that a new draft law will be referred to the parliament within one month including a new electoral system.
