KUALA LUMPUR: Econpile Holdings Bhd has secured an RM18 million contract for the Pavilion Damansara Heights Phase 2 mixed development project. The group said its wholly-owned unit Econpile (M) Sdn Bhd was awarded the contract to undertake contiguous bored piling works by Jendela Mayang Sdn Bhd, the developer of Pavilion Damansara Heights. Works are slated to go on for a period of 27 weeks and is expected to conclude in April 2018. Econpile said the contract is expected to contribute positively to its earnings for the financial year ending June 30, 2018. Spread across 7 million sq ft, Pavilion Damansara Heights is made up of 11 office towers, luxury residential assets and a retail development featuring luxury al fresco rooftop dining.
