PETALING JAYA (Sept 27): Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) will be unveiling its first business park development in the Klang Valley, Eco Business Park V (EBP V), this Saturday (Sept 30). EcoWorld divisional general manager Datuk Hoe Mee Ling said EBP V is the fourth Eco Business Park in Malaysia. The indicative selling price for the cluster factory starts from RM1.88 million while the semidee factories are from RM3.33 million. For instance, EBP V complements the development of the nearby Eco Grandeur township. “Eco Grandeur will be a self-sustaining township with various amenities for its residents and neighbouring housing estates while the business park will create job opportunities,” Hoe explained.
