On Interstate 15 between Salt Lake City and Las Vegas sits The Creamery, a farm-to-table retail experience and cafe that’s a must-see for any dairy devotee. The expanded retail space boasts a variety of dairy products, including cheese curds, handcrafted cheeses and ice cream –– all made by local producers. The menu is (naturally) dairy-forward, with breakfast sandwiches and Greek yogurt parfaits for breakfast and cheese boards, deep-fried squeaky curds and mac ‘n cheese at lunch. Cheeses available on both the retail side and eatery are made in the DFA Beaver City plant located just next door. Rounding out these offerings is an interactive dairy experience room, which educates consumers on the cheesemaking process and the people behind it.
